Gingerline is a multi award winning immersive dining experience that was founded in 2010.  The company creates wild & wonderful make-believe environments where diners eat & interact with their surroundings. 


Gingerline approached Sweet&Chilli to update their drinks offering and further integrate them into their experiential approach to décor & food. As well as working on their drink strategy we managed the procurement of drinks for the project. Over the first project average spend per head in drinks sales increased by 25% & drinks margin increased by 15%.  The integration of appropriate procurement support provided a more developed theatre around each serve that in turn supported the Gingerline brand identity. 


As part of our ongoing work with Gingerline we have created an internal training program to enable their staff to transition into full time bar management rolls. This internal development has allowed Gingerline to move towards being a self-sufficient creative force with expertise in all areas of their business with Sweet&Chilli now sitting in an advisory role.
