The Shangri-La hotel group & Sweet&Chilli have worked together since 2007, after initially being employed to redesign the bar systems & drinks menus at the award winning Sky Bar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Since then Sweet&Chilli executes up to 4 bespoke mixology training sessions per year at their training head quarters in China for the groups most promising bartenders globally. The courses consist of multiple learning outcomes, some of these are:
