In early 2019, Sweet&Chilli were commissioned on behalf of Diageo to create a cocktail list and implement its handover to the newly renovated five star HYDE Paradiso in the iconic Gold Coast. Headlined in Urban List as ‘the perfect spot for Sunday sessions and long lunches that lead into dinner’, the US hospitality brand HYDE is widely known for its iconic celeb packed venues in LA, Vegas & Miami so needless to say, Paridiso is set to take centre stage in Queensland’s popular beach strip.
The cocktail list was made up of a range of non-alcoholic and lower ABV drinks, shared serves, punches as well as a range of edible alcoholic Sgropinos (boozy desserts) and of course it’s very own array of signature cocktails – all using the best Australian produce to create flavours stretching from the far flung coasts of Miami to islands in the Med.
The cocktail list was created in tandem with rigorous a training program – uplifting staff to work with pride and power. All that’s left is for newcomers from Australia and across the globe to indulge in the food appropriate cocktails and full spectrum of guilty pleasures overlooking the water after a hard day of holidaying!
