In early 2013, Grand Marnier briefed Sweet&Chilli to create a new brand experience in UK festival-land, with the aim to reinvigorate the image of the Grand Marnier & recruit new consumers.
In response, we designed & produced 'Hidden Charm', a secret venue that was launched at two festivals during the summer of 2013 - at Isle of Wight in June & the newly launched Love Supreme in July.
Behind the venue's Parisian facade, lay a land of flamboyant characters, delightful drinking & joie de vie! For our client the guest experience was paramount within 'Hidden Charm' & our resident 'Charm Squad' - a team of Parisian waiters who interacted with guests, providing masterclasses, tastings & surprises - ensured that they received first class service.
'Hidden Charm' brought together old-fashioned chivalry with new school swagger & in so doing, created a world of playful, elegance & of course, fine drinking - a space where guests were truely engaged with the brand & left with a new vision of Grand Marnier.
